These processes are entrusted in their entirety to our Team of Psychologists, who, by carrying out the first reviews of the CV’s that are sent to our database, and through further psychological and cognitive tests, produce an evaluation of the competency and potential of the candidate in terms of “problem solving” and their “coping strategies and organisation“. By doing this, our psychologists are able to appoint candidates to the job role that is most suited to their characteristics.
